ehem... maybe i missed it, but im not seeing a 924.org decal on that car...
congrats on the total domination, sounds like you need to paint the checkered flag on your roof, so you dont wear your arm out hoisting the flag pole..
im curious how your brakes are holding up , ive heard tale that the four lug system is much more capable that given credit for, when properly set up. i know i never had any issues with mine, but i didnt track her either.. _________________ Eric

I actually find the brakes very good. I was going through alot of pads, but found it was a sticky caliper and swapped that out. I will be upgrading to the 5 lug 4 wheel disc since I will be moving up to the modified class. It is really hard to find 14 race slicks so that is another motivation to going with 15 inch wheels.
The car is really easy to drive now that I have the car set up where it handles well and I have the tire pressures figured out. _________________ 1976 924

Cool! Just wait till you see the improvement in braking going to the 5-lug setup...
What else do you get to do in the Mod class? Anything to the engine? More suspension tweaks? _________________ Vaughan Scott

Slicks and we are allowed to change in different sway bars (aftermarket) and adjust the camber. The mod class run alot of chamber which helps to turn left. Most of the modified guys say that bolting on slicks alone will cut the lap time by 1 second. Which will put me down to 20.5 secs which will put me 1 second behind the fastest car.
I will be upgrading the engine to euro spec and may help the engine breath a bit as well.
I am going to try to get some video one of these days for you to watch. My wife works every weekend so it's hard to get someone to run the camera (that knows what they are doing). _________________ 1976 924

Sweet!!
Start saving up for either the Weltmeister bars, or make your own from generic swaybar parts such as from Chassis Shop - the latter may well be cheaper, just more fab work... _________________ Vaughan Scott
