Hello everybody!

I'm planning some upgades for my 924 2.0 NA.

Stage 1
First I'll share my plans, and I have some questions to you then.
1) EFI + Ignition. DONE

2 Brakes swap.
I've bought an early 944 disk brakes (front and rear disks, hubs, spindles, calipers, etc) hopefully this would be enough.
I didn't install it yet coz it needs the rims to be changed to 5 bolt and I'm looking for a set of good and cheap

2.1 Hydraulic e-brake is to be installed with separate calipers (wilwood, i Think). Mechanical e-brake will be connected to the same calipers, original mechanism will be removed.

3 Forced-induction (perhaps turbo) 200whp @ Stage1 max.
it makes me cry when I see the whole list of chnges needed:
- Head gasket change
- Rod bolts change
- move alternator to the other side
- SPEC Stage 2(3) clutch
- new exhaust manifold (to be designed and made)
- changes to EFI (tune and setup to use MAP instead of MAF)
- EGT install
- intercooler install
- oil cooler
- Gauges: oil & water temp, boost preasure, EGT, Wideband oxygen sensor

4 Power steering
I want to use electrical hydraulic pump for that

So here I have some questions:
Q1. Have anybody seen the dyno of a supercharged 924 NA? May be it's the better way to go?

Q2. I'm thinking about using of 944T stock KKK turbo, wat do you think about it?

Q3. Where do you think is the best place for turbo (LHD) - left or right?
RH setup seems to be more power effective and responsive due to shorter intake and exhaust pipes, but the heat may become a problem.

Stage 2
1. Transmission upgrade to G31 or using 944T gearbox and tranny.
Q: I have 016/Y(Z) gearbox which looks to be the same as 031. can I rebuild my one to make it stronger using 031 parts?
Q2: what should I do with my clutch when I cange the tranny?

I've read a lot here, but didn't find an answer...

2 Brakes upgrade to 4 or 6-piston front and rear (993 calipers seem to be good enough) rotors are to be replaced too. and I will need 17(1 inch rims

4 suspension upgrade I' thinking about dual wishbone front and rear(?) suspension and make it 80mm lower than it is
this will need widebody (GT Racing 944 Turbo widebody kit)

Q: Have anybody done this before?
Q: any cheaper Ideas on widebody conversion?

5. Roll Cage/frame

6. Engine upgrade /350~450 whp/actually, I have a second block and I'm going to use this one for my performance engine:
- CR 8.5:1 forged pistons
- forged rods
- lightweight flywheel (?)
- 300deg camshaft
- head ported with larger exhaust valves
- shorter intake manifold runners
- Garrett GT30 turbo, I think
- water injection

Q: (valve question again)
solution 1: titanium custom valves ttp://tiracevalves.com/ordervalves.htm this should be lightweight, but the stem diameter will be almost the same
solution 2: forged steel may allow slightly smaller stem diameter, but not sure about the weight.
which one do you think is better to get higher rpm (let's say 8-9k) and better flow?
