I was just talking to a guy who's selling a set of phone dials from his '86 944T and they have R60x215x15" tyres (worn out) which are the same as my 924S. I thought they were a wider rim? And what are decent ones worth?

The phone dials on my '87 924S are 15x6's. I don't remember the tire size. Last time I checked, from a salvage yard, they were $75-$100 each.
If you are a rennlist member there is a parts blow out on the main page. If I remember correctly there are a few phone dials listed for sale at a "reasonable" price. Might even be one or two that are NOS. |

I can normally get decent used wheels like those for $70. Some times less depending on condition.
The phone dials are a dime a dozzen.

'86 951 phone dials won't work anyway. they retain the same 23mm offset as early 944's. you need post '86 951 or post 85.5 944 which all have the 52mm offset.

OK then, who's got a set of 16" post '86 944/951 phone dials or a set of 16" 928 trash-lids to put on the rear of my 931's and I'll use the 931 trash-lids on the front?
