80 924 surges after 10 minutes

Hi any help would be appreciated. Aquired 80 924 car sat 2- 3 years It drives fine for 10 -15 minutes and then begins to surge or rock back and forth vilently, in every gear with clutch ingaged . When I disengage clutch engine revs up fine. But every time there is a load applied it shakes back and forth . It does this until you stop and let sit for 5-10 minutes after that it is finebut in 10-15 min does it again. I think its a clutch problem but someone sed it's engine related what do you think Thanks in advance.

Sounds like it could be a timing and vacuume issue. Have you checked the ignition timing and all the lines?
