would you guys give me an indication of the speed of the discussion board from where you are and how you're connected to the Internet.
Stuff like "I've got a cable connection and it takes 5 minutes to load, I'm in Alabama" or "I'm in Paris on the end of a 32K modem and it's no slower that anything else" will help.
Thanks.

Wayyyyll... I'm in Detroit on a cable modem, and seeing no problems with speed; it's loading as fast as anything else right now... certainly not seeing any impact due to the pages coming from OZ, which I was a little concerned about... I think really this layout only speeds access compared to the old board, due to not having to load one big huge long index page...

Hello,
I'm in the UK (Essex) on a 56K Modem and this board loads up MUCH quicker than the old one, it will be interesting to see if its still quicker when there's a load more posts on it.

Board speed is KICKIN'! It will take some getting used to, but it seems OK.
