Bought a spare k26-8 for a rebuild. Its turbine has some bent fins. Where is a good place to find a new turbine/shaft? I see all kinds of rebuild kits out there, but no turbine shafts.

All 931, late 951 and most Audi 100 got the same shaft/turbinewheel.

I'd say go to a turbo shop. After all, doesn't the rotating assembly need to be rebalanced if the turbine's replaced?

Yes, it should be rebalanced, though some people don't. Hoping to price. Shop though.
