the #6 fuse keeps blowing, as soon as I go to put one it, I touch the spot and it pops. Where to look next? New relay and switch put in.

What is not working? (headlight motor and brake lights?)

If I'm reading the diagram correctly, that fuse provides power to terminal 30 of the headlight motor and to both brake light switches on the master cylinder.

Check to see if your brake lights are working.

If not check the wiring at the master cylinder switches for shorts.

Uplug the electrical connections at the master cylinder and see if you still have a short.

Unconected the two plugs at the master cylinder, still have the #6 fuse blowing.
