While I was away on vacation I had the car painted. Nothing really too spectacular, but an imprtovement nevertheless. As for the mechanical, it is a different story. The first shop made the mistake of taking apart the fuel distributor (bad mistake) and in the meantime the alternator died. I managed to find a used fuel distributor and I hope that will work. With any luck it should be done by the middle of next week. Sounds like I may need some new injectors down the road as well.
