Thought this insight from 'Edd1Em' on the Rennlist forum might interest everyone:

"I have owned a 924, a 944, a 911 and soon will be purchasing a 914. I know about these cars and every one of these is a great one, in my opinion. 924? Best handling Porsche of ALL time, the new ones cant touch it, sure it was ugly, and underpowered, cheap and the steering wheel was in your groin, but it is a true "pagan" Porsche although made by VW."

I'll agree with SOME of that...
