I'd posted in my last started thread that we had real problems when we threw the spacers on the racecar, and ended up better off when we took them off.
Now, I'm not so sure the spacers were the reason we were having trouble!
I checked the alignment the other night, and found out that my right rear camber had dropped back to 1 1/8 deg, about half of what it should be. As a result, due to the correct 2.5 deg setting up front, the car was really loose and hard to drive in the right-handers.
I've corrected the alignment last night (very successful using only the bubble gauge and toe plates), so we'll see how it handles this weekend, but I think we'll be putting the spacers back on. I've gotta look through some more data, verify my conclusions.
Thought those who were keeping notes might like to know the latest... _________________ Vaughan Scott

Completely off topic...
I saw a grey Town and Country minivan driving on I94 near Ann Arbor earlier this week. The license plate was "924RACR".
924RACR - is that you? |
