I think he did a really nice job. The key is to build the strong cradle. Would like to get two fuel cells myself.

It almost looks like the cradle is overbuilt. The 1" square tubing seems a bit much.
But it looks like it beats the $1500 special one - especially since he already has done the engineering and lays out the fabrication.
Did you also notice he had left all the soundproofing in?  |

Andy I would agree the 1" square tubing is over kill. But better safe than sorry.
Mine is simply made out of a sheet metal box with metal staps across the top to hold the cell down in case of a roll over.
