My vast cash reserves could make many look poor... I have at least $50 to my name right now, and in total assets, well over $2000.
In the next month, I get $500, then my business starts making money... I figure that will make maybe $2000 a month, and then theres the $10K-$20K a month I can't account for... |

I would top out as the all time BIG spender if I were to list all my costs.
Lets say I expect to reach the 20K mark when finally done.
What a machine it will be though!!

Hey, I'm a legitimate businessman, and anyone who says differently is gonna get their legs broke!
But on a more serious note, if it's illegal and I can get charged for it, I avoid it...
Now dwak, you were wanting some hemp? :smile:

| No, no, no, Numbers, I HAD too much money... then I bought my 931. Now I have a broke down 931 with a passenger seat full of unused parts and all of my tools, 3 worthless years of unfinished college, $2000 in debt to family members (the worst people to be in debt to), and a year-long forbearance on my school loans. Luckily I'm young and single and can live off of $500 a month, so $2000 a month goes a long way towards getting out of debt (which in September, after only a year and a half of 12 hour night shifts, will finally happen), getting back in school, and assembling the mother of all 931s (which will finally begin in two months once I am out of debt). But, hey, as a Vehicle Research Institute major, at least I get university credits for all of the money I dump into my car! |

| I don't want to remember or look this number up since I know it is HUGE, but I would estimate that I've spent around $4k US just to get it on the road. I'm still waiting for a bunch of stuff to break down and or need replacing but I think I'll make it to a few hundred miles before that happens. |

I can't believe I'm actually going to spend $10K on a 79 NA 924... I'm just so crazy... |

This is so sad!!
I've only had my car for 2-3 months and here is what I've spent so far...
$400 for towing expense to my house (The car was free)
$254.00 for small misc parts (Spark plugs, fuel filters, etc...)
$310.00 for tools, since I had none at all
$107.00 for new spark plug wires, and plugs
$80.00 for a new battery
$20 for a used fuel pump that didn't work
$135.00 for a new Pierburg pump coming in the mail
$125.00 for a used 5 speed tranny
$50.00 for a Red Martini carpet kit
$324.00 for front 5 lug brakes
$107.00 for a back panel Porsche Name plate from the junk yard.
Grand approx. total of 2,300 dollars, and the car isn't even running yet...

I haven't had a problem with the cops for years. I dress nicely, wear expensive jewelry, and look like I am otherwise wealthy, and not doing anything illegal.
Car = ----------------$2000 CDN
Repairs = ------------$1000 CDN
Modifications = ------ Don't ask... |
