I've been using this software for years. It seems like torque is always a little optimistic on this software. Horsepower is pretty close as long as you have the right specs. I would take between 7 to 12lbs of torque for a small engine and you should be pretty close. On a 200hp plus engine take out around 14 to 17 lbs of torque. It seems that the problem is on the calculation of effeciency of the tappet choice. Go ahead and put roller lifters, and youll see an incredible but unrealistic gain. Never use the roller lifter option it "WILL" be off. Stick with a flat tapped hydrolic.
