just means to match the openings, won't need to if replacing the manifold as it is already round.

That was one of my intercoolers and I was originally mounted on a Series II, I got it back and then on sold it to Jae and obviously it went with his car to Invercargill.

From memory you can stretch a bit of silicone tubing over the intecooler outlet and hose clamp it and then clamp the other end to the throttle body.

Hey John thanks for that, putting two & two together I took a guess that you made this!. I've ordered some parts to convert over to the round throttle body and are in transit at the moment so I may just look at sorting it all out in one go (hopefully). If for any reason I run into failure ill take a shot with what you suggest.Did a quick install of a boost gauge today and car is running at 12PSI so I'd like to get that inter-cooler on asap,Cheers.

throttle body seal kit arrived today big thanks to Ideola & Grenadiers for supplying these items to me!,Both happy and surprised to see good instructions supplied. I like this sticker but if it was clear and a higher quality it would likely go on my car for sure, just food for thought.
