Rasta,
Maybe I missed it somewhere but please tell me that this car is not going to be a chump car or some such nonsense. It's looking like a great cage and you're doing all the right things to make it a great track car. What engine, what class?

BTW, what's wrong with building a ChumpCar? Considering the three cars that rolled at Spokane recently not too mention the general wiiiiiide range of driving ability, I would say that a strong cage is just as, if not more important than in it would in a more "proper" racing series.
I ask, because the next race car project is likely to be a ChumpCar based on a 924S or 944 and be raced by a bunch of toofah dorks _________________ Stefan

Without a VIN requirement any longer, a 924S can run in two SCCA classes. NASA I don't know. Chump- meh. _________________ 1979 924 NA race car H-Prod SCCA

Love the door-panel bling, how'd you do that? And, professionally welded cage? How much ya think, dollar-wise, it cost? _________________ '83 944 Track car.

Yeah, that driver's side panel is especially ridiculous the way it fits around the NASCAR bars.
