we are running safely morghen...
w/out pressure we run around 14.7:1
when the engine begins to build pressure the ecu will enrich the AFR to 13:1 at 0.2 bar max
building more pressure the ecu bypass the lambda signal and enriches the mixture to 12:1 from 0.2 bar to WOT
the inlet manifold temp are still very good and cold
bypassing the original dump valve helped a lot the engine to keep the intake temp low, in particular when running with half throttle... when little power is needed to keep the car running the pressure decreases, the pop off is partially opened and cold (not heated from the turbo) air enters the manifold keeping down the fuel consumption and intake manifold temperature
this can't happen with the original bypass valve _________________ 924T Dta inj + sequential LPG

If you can get an OEM result in 3 hours then quit whatever your day job is and set up in the UK - you will make a fortune!!!! Some real horror stories from UK tuners - I have personal experience of 4 of them - all spent at least 7 hours on the rollers and non managed a 'decent' tune!!!
NICE JOB!!!

worked for many years with lancer evo 6/7/8 rally cars, group A and group N (don't know if A and N are universal rally grade...)
tuning is not an easy task, you really need to know what happens in your engine... _________________ 924T Dta inj + sequential LPG

What an excellent conversion.
You don't by any chance have the original flywheel sensor spare? _________________ 1984 924 Turbo
