Already done that. My 951 S is well known on our local Porsche Club of Greece. Its very well prepared, and I have also installed a Vitesse racing stage 3 KIT with MAF Turbo and larger injectors.
Car is very fast on the track and also on the road, its fun for some street racing. It also LOOKS fast, whereas the 924 doesn't. Thats why I wanna do it with the 924. I want a nice sleeper |

let me know if you ever want to sell that 951
the 951 bug has bit me...and i'm looking for a low km,good condition car. |
Hello Morghen,
my 951 S has Greek plates, which means that I have paid all stupid Greek duties. It is stupidly expensive here, so it is not worth it. Try to find a good one in germany. I am sure you will. It is definitely worth it. I believe it is one of the best Porsches (allaround) ever made.
Thanks for your interest |

Try MOTON or Öhlins for superior dampers. LEDA is likely as good as. Reduce unsprung mass; rotors, calipers, wheels, dampers, springs, roll-bars, trailing arms... Reduce friction in the bushings - be carefull with polyethene. Get a wider track by using the late 944 A-arms and trailing arms, maybe even with early offset wheels..?

Getting fed-up going fast..?
EDIT: For Autocross it might be a better idea to keep a softer - more forgiving suspension set-up, higher ridehight and a faster steering. It depends on the quality of the roads of course. |
Thanks Gegge, we think alike. Thats what I also thought of putting on my car, but I am slightly confused as to which A-arm will fit on the narrow 924 body. You say that if I install the late 944/951 front and rear arms and use early offset wheels will be ok for the fenders ?
I like the idea of 15" wheels and as low as possible. I also agree on not going too hard.
OT: you saw my clips with my 997 TT ...hahahaha.... This was highly modified (650+PS) Sold it last month and bought another 996 TT. |

If you want to go fast with leda you could try mail him. I´m unsure if he has time to work with this kind of services anymore, but you could always ask. Although calculated for 944 they should work with a ligther 924 i think.
