By Friday morning car should be go to go. I’m going to check the temp switch on the radiator. I have a spare to install if it is defective. I also am going to run a direct 12vdc wire to the temp. switch so when it comes on it runs at full speed.
If anybody can show up tomorrow, that would be great.
Clear title, Current plates and passed smog in Feb.
Only $575
Michael

I'd snap it up if I were anywhere near, my girlfriend would love it. Too bad. It's a nice car.
Have you tried listing it on rennlist, already???

Fan is good, 12Vdc good, temp switch good. Found the resistor under the dash or relay might be bad. I disconnected one wire from the resistor and jumpered it to 12Vdc. When engine heats up to the third mark fan comes on at full speed. The temp will then drop 1 3/4 marks and fan stops.
Car is ready to drive.

I wish you were in Australia. At that price I can't believe you guys are actually discussing it.
Buy a plane ticket and drive it home or stick it on a train. |

Glad to be back

| Michael, does it have the four wheel disc brakes? I may just buy it as a parts car. |

Nah, it's a 4 bolt car... if you want a down payment, give me an account #, and there be a couple hundred in your account.

Bastard, I was going to buy it :p
Oh well, you've got more cash to spend on it, so I guess it's gone to a better home... |

| Cbass, unless you were going to tow it, you would have been stranded just past the US boarder.......I had to tow it 140 miles after I got stranded a couple hours outside of Seattle. I'm sorry I bought it out from under you, but I have been trying to buy one of Michael's cars for more than 6 months. When you didn't make it to get it the weekend he was expecting you he offered it to me. I really hope there are no hard feelings. |
