This site has extremely accurate information, all the stuff I've been trying to convey, but with the diagrams and pics to explain it properly. They cover everything, from belt placement to shoulder restraints, etc.

They also sell a video that covers it all in detail, but I think you can get most of the info free off their website.

This site is a definite MUST READ. It's all based off of actual crash testing, the real deal, no BS.
