when I run the videos ,the screen is letter box shaped , verticle is scrunched , everything is flat and long . I,m running WM 9 . if there is a setting for this ,can you tell me where it is so I can fix it .

It's gotta be my stupid video settings. Really aggravating. Looks fine at home, but I just downloaded them at work and they are letterbox/stretched as you describe. I guess I'll try again, sorry.
