Something I'm considering doing. Would it make the clutch any lighter to operate? It's not been replaced for at least 15 years and has not gotten noticeably better or worse during that time. Any first-hand experiences of whether this is worth doing just for a better "feel" or will there be no real difference?
The clutch is significantly easier to push with a hot engine as well. |

No, it's far too cold to do anything these days! Will start with that next year rather than just throw parts at it.
Might get a bathroom scale on the clutch pedal just to see what the actual force needed is and if its sane as well. |
