Looking for 16" x 6" Gulleydeckel / sewer lid / trash can / flat disc wheels for a 931.
Interested in one or many. Wheels should be in good condition, anodized finish condition is less important. Let me know what you have. Thanks |

Thanks E, I have my heart set on the smooth disk look but I appreciate your response. It's nice to know someone out there cares |

Ugh. I really need to clean the old dead tires off mine to offload. I shudder to think what shipping would be.
Swapped mine out for Cup2s... _________________ Vaughan Scott

Think of all that extra space you'll have!
Shipping won't be that bad and I can send you UPS labels.
2 wheels will fit in an 18" x 18" x 14" box, face to face with a rigid cardboard or foam in between. |

Yeah, that's a primary motivation, for sure! Am fighting with space... well, TBH I always have been, as I'm sitting on a truly incalculable amount of wheels and tires. Have pared down the tire stash a lot, but still have dry race tires, practice race tires, and wets for two race cars... and really an unknown amount of rims across 924's and the prototype.
I think I actually have 6 or maybe even 7 sets of custom 13" wheels for the prototype - so that'll be 24+ wheels just for that car... then easily more than that for 924/944 fitment... yikes.
Step 1, I need to find a moment I can get on a tire machine again and peel those tires off. Probably into the holiday break.
Feel free to pester me, lots of things in the air to juggle... _________________ Vaughan Scott

I should also add, condition of rims: anodizing is a bit etched from the wrong cleaner on two of the rims. I found if I wipe some oil on the etching, it disappears... but full restoration would presumably eventually be wanted.
But they're straight and happy, original to my car and were in use until this year when I upgrade to the Cup2s. _________________ Vaughan Scott

RACR, that condition you describe is just what I'm looking for. I'll try not to pester you but please reach out via PM whenever you're ready to move them. Also, I'll be at the Carlisle Porsche swap meet in the spring and planning to make it to the 944 fest next year too if any road trips are on your horizon. |

Cheers; I plan to move faster than that on these, can't be sitting on so many rims/tires... will ping you once I've got the tires off and we have bare rims... _________________ Vaughan Scott
