Hi all, what's the process to replace a roof skin? Want to get rid of the sunroof and go back to a hardtop. Thanks in advance.

There is a documented procedure available from Porsche about this.
I think you can find it, i did when i changed the roofskin on my 924.
Basically you drill the spotwelds on the edges (under the trim) and you need to cut the skin at the A pillars and braze the new skin in place.
Obviously lots of clamps are to be used and you also have to remove most of the interior.
