I bought this porsche 924 1981 2.0, it doesn't run.

So it starts up fine, no weird noises, running on all cilinders, but then it just dies, its not sputtering or trying to run, just shuts off. Always happens after about 3 seconds.

So far:
New battery
Replaced fuel pump
Replaced fuel pump relay
No leaks in fuel system
Replaced ignition switch
Hotwired the fuel pump for testing, didn't fix it.
Ignition system seems fine (new spark plug wires and rotor cap)

Engine is timed correctly, ignition as well
Checked for vacuum leaks, there is a small crack in a hose running from the engine block to the back of the airbox (crank breather hose i think), but i patched it with a bunch, and i mean a bunch of duct tape, because i still have to find a replacement.

Put 5 liters of new fuel in it, it has around 30 liters in the tank, i don't know how old it but it looks good atleast.

When i was buying the car, seller showed me the problem, ran for like 5 seconds, when i got the car home, the first start i did it ran 10-15 seconds, then it returned to 3-5 seconds of running.

Can that be fuel related? because when the car was on the trailer the fuel was sloshing around in the tank?

I don't know anymore, need some help

Always use new fuel and filters.
Search the forum, there are how-to threads on resurrecting these cars.
You did not mention measuring fuel pressure - this is a must for a K-Jet based mechanical injection.

Yes its a K-jet based system, i haven't tested the fuel pressure because i dont have the equipment to do that,i will test the injectors tomorrow. tested the fuel delivery from the tank to the k-jet today and that was fine
