Figured it was time to start a thread for my 931, acquired it from Tom on the board here and got a lot bigger project than I foraw, isn't that what we all say lol. The rear quarters are full of Bondo and the paint job if you can call it that is not ideal. In addition to it being a frankenstein of s1 and s2 parts with a dump to atmosphere and no interior and the rust everywhere... it has been decided to make her a street car for fun. I love the chasis and the adventure I went on to get her otherwise id let her go. I planned to pull everything and do full renovation but discovering she is past saving I want to try and get her back and running till I have enough money and time to build an efi setup for her. I wouldn't bother but If she drives it gives me access to a lot of space I can use for work and storage so I need her mobile without breaking the bank. I have a plethora of parts from when I bought it from Tom and from working on 3 other NA 924. Currently shes beating my ass lol, all the photos I had of the disassembly are gone from losing my phone 6 months ago so it's all on memory and what I can string together from the PET and shop manuals. Currently stuck at the throttle body spade connectors... no idea what color goes where. In addition to the AC comp seems to mount way different then the NA cars and I cant remember it for the life of me. I already jumped the overboost switch by grounding it out and I also threw on a new timing belt and tensioner along with a new water pump that I got with car when I got it. Im going to include photos of where Im at so any input would be much recommended. Yes I know the fuel lines can't stay like It's only until I get new ones and a better idea of how they're supposed to run. Cheers in advance. Also somebody please tell me the trick to link photos lol cannot figure it out for life of me.
