This has probably been covered before, but I was not able to find the relevant information on this site.
I've got 1978/79 (the ownership says 1979, but it might be one of them .5 transitionary production date type of deals) 924. It's got the braided stainless lines with banjo-bolt fittings to attach them to the injectors.
Based on the service information it seems like injectors are the source of my problems, so I went out and got new injectors using the part number specified by Bosch (there isn't a listing for anything prior to 1979). It needs a different fitting that what is on my car.
Since the lines I have (apart from not fitting the new injectors) seem to be alright, I was wondering if it is possible to swap the hose ends. I've been searching around and I haven't found a definitive answer (because I don't know what exactly it is I'm looking for if it is possible). |

I'm not sure that is what I would do..
Why don't you sell the injectors you have to somebody with a later car and buy 4x 047 133 551 instead ( part no. assuming you have an N/A car)? These will fit your injector lines.
Auto Atlanta has a picture for you to look at

| I may end up doing that. The reason I bought the injectors is because they are brand new (I think the manufacture date is 2021), and I didn't have to get NOS injectors from eBay -> Canada. If I can get the ends sorted out, I won't have to worry about tracking down NOS injectors (it doesn't seem like Bosch makes a replacement for the banjo-bolt style of injectors). |
