So V3 is in the works...and will start testing pretty soon.
I have the option to brand one of the charge pipes...what should i put there?
The 924SC logo? SUPERCHARGED? or just 924? or something else?
I'm not decided yet weather i'll brand that or not, i'll have to see how it looks on the prototypes first and decide later...but curious if you guys have preferences or opinions.

As cool as it is, I'd check with Porsche legal to make sure that they don't have a problem with it. _________________ 1979 924 NA race car

That's exciting to hear about the v3 kit! Looking forward to having the microsquirt ready to take on more boost by that time..
I think blank would be fine, or honestly whatever you come up with. I like the "SC" addendum you've made to the rear of the 924 badge as well.
I feel like lots of cars in the same era were proudly displaying badges of forced induction or advances in fueling technology in various ways. In the US it is not uncommon to see "SUPERCHARGED", or in some cases the logo of the maker of this modification, or the logo of the automaker's special division..
What about an Eaton logo as that is the type of charger we use?
Porsche has not developed this so maybe not going with their branding, but is there a "morghen" brand or another way you qualify your development that you can apply for distinction?
Or is it just fate that SC are your backwards initials and CS also stand for Club Sport which is a moniker people know in Porsche-land? _________________ 1980 Porsche 931

SUPERCHARGED
THE924.com
Some sort of link/keyword so searches lead back to YOU..
Come up with a brand name so people can find your stuff, or just a web link like that..
MorCharge
MorFlow
FlowMor
MorPower
MorCFM
MorPress
MorGo
MorZoom
Idk
Can add SC, supercharger, supercharged, kompressor, whatever you want..
It needs to be “The XXXX supercharger” I think..
What do you/people call it now?
“Morghens supercharger kit”?
I know you are modest but wait till you have 3+ stages of this kit/recipies and eventually do one for 944s etc..
Makes me wonder how small the 924 N/A market really is..
I don’t know about what goes on at the UK board or much about all the 924 people who are just lurkers..
You get many contacts from people that don’t have forum accounts?
You shilling this on Facebook too? _________________ 80 Turbo - Slightly Modified |

I vote for „SUPERCHARGED CS” or just „924 SC”, but for the later one you need to check the patent/ownership for the 924 no. _________________ ---

I think 924SC works best. Anything else just looks too long. _________________ 1984 MY 924 2.0 NA

EDIT: the V3 announcement and prototype fit on my car: https://youtu.be/ybV3TV2O8hc
Another USA 924SC, an early copper metallic 924 in Illinois.
One of the smoothest installations if not the smoothest so far, no issues whatsoever, car started first time and perfectly idled right away, Derek completed the installation like a champ.
We've done a quick fueling adjustment and today its going to be ignition timing adjustment to prepare it for sportier drives.
Quite happy with this!
Next up should have been Manny with his 924 Martini edition and his second 924, the Wheeler-Dealer 924, but he has to delay this for a couple of months, so the next guy to go 924SC in USA should be Tray on his Sebring 79 924 in California.
One of the UK 924SCs has been doing thousands of miles this year, this helps with validating longevity under normal use.
Erik is taking his 924SC to various track days in Sweden, so there are things to learn from there as well.
In fact every installation completed so far has either validated something about the kit or made me learn something or directly improved the kit.
Thank you very much gentlemen !
I've taken a break from building kits or working on the future upgrades, i was under too much stress and i needed a vacation.
I've not completely stopped, today i'm getting some prototypes for the V3 and next week i'll be ordering the parts for the first intercooler upgrade package.
Plan is to restart activities during August so that September can be a delivery month.
So if you're lurking around wanting a kit, i'll have 4 free spots for end of September, one is already confirmed.
In the meantime, i'm enjoying my own 924SC. Workplace parking shot: my boss drives a tricked out 944turbo.
