Doesnt Porsche make a factory one for the 924? I know it probably isnt as aerodynamic as the one that you are looking at, but it is factory & it will probably be a better fit! I'll post a pic in a few... _________________ =====>Alex<=====

There were two undertray designs for the 924. The change from one to the other coincided with the stabilizer bar design change in late '82. -So which 924 undertray to use would depend on which type of stabilizer bar you're using. Neither 924 tray looks anything like that 944 tray. _________________ "..it's made in Germany. You know the Germans always make good stuff."

Shipping is the main problem for this bit.. That is why I got excited about the one I referenced to. Shipping was only 20 pounds!
Im sure in time another one will come up which will be right for the car
Thanks for all the gr8 input as always! _________________ When the checkered flag drops... The Bull$hit Stops

Hi all, I am looking for an engine tray 477 407 583 C for a 1979 294. I'd be grateful if anyone can suggest a source, ideally within the UK.
I took mine off to work on the starter, left it under the car overnight and it got stolen. I'd appreciate any help, will save me knitting wooley underpants for the car. |
