Hi all,
i've just bought a 1987 924s that came with all the fibreglass Carrera GT body kit. Early days yet as the engine is seized from standing so thats my first job but i'm curious how the rear flares are fitted to the body?
Do the original rear arches need to be cut and enlarged before fitting the flares?
I'm sure i've seen a picture on the forum of an original GT with the flare removed which showed holes that the flare was bolted through the rear wing?
I'm not keen on cutting the rear wings and arches on my 924s so might keep original and sell the body kit on!!
Thank in advance
