Hey Guys need some quick input here, as im going to be installing the new brake like today.
So the New 944 MC requires a new line to be run from the MC to the Right Front wheel. Im trying to figure out the best way to route it. One of my main concerns is being it close to the exhaust/head that might heat it up.

My first thought it to route it along the top of the firewall (maybe behind?) over to the passenger side as far as possible, almost to the fender, then punch a small hole and go down.

But if anyone has done the reroute, or had any suggestions I'm all ears

Mine routes along the firewall over the bellhousing (basically right at the bottom where the firewall meets the tunnel), all the way around that seam to below the frame rail; I seem to recall there's a tab on the body there that will support the connection to the hose.

Hmmm, problem there is is seems a little tough to route that with the engine in place.

Ok so thats exactly what I did, I ran the line to the front/right caliper along the top of the firewall, and put a small hole through the top of the wheelwell just infront of the battery(which is basically what porsche did with the 944)
It was actually fairly easy, just had to delete the line going from the middle of the car to the front/Right caliper and bend the lines at the T under the car so that it went to both rear brakes from the one line coming from the Front of the MC
heres a pic
