Don't believe that combo to be OEM, however Diamond silver over Helios blue was on MY80 cars, which is what I think your car may actually be _________________ 1980 931 - forged pistons, Piper cam, K27/26 3257 6.10 hybrid turbo, 951 FMIC, custom intake, Mittelmotor dizzy & cam pulley, H&S exhaust, GAZ Gold, Fuch'ed, Quaife

Looks so similar to the minerva blue it might be that i'm mistaking the blue shade or it was repainted and they used minerva blue instead of Helios blue.
I'll get a better look at it in the morning..maybe i'll find its colour sticker.
Car is due to arrive in a few hours but i'll just park it and go to bed. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

So its minerva blue, and from what i've seen on dents and scratches it does not seem to have another coat under it
I had a short drive this morning at 3:00 when it arrived.
My first drive in an S1. Ok it was a cold morning but i did not expect the S1 to be so frisky, i expected it to feel slow and laggy but it does not.
It has put a smile on my face from the first drive !

Well, I fixed a broken hood release cable and went for the maiden voyage after a complete suspension upgrade. Here is phone pic taken early evening. What do you think of the ride height?
Highlights:
275# Front Springs - Eibach
Coil over kit
GC Camber Plates
Poly Bushings
Bilstein Sports all around
25.5mm Front Sway 16mm Rear
27mm Torsion Bars
Elephant Racing Poly Bronze Spring Plate and Monoball Trailing Arm bushings. (Thanks for the advice Rasta)
New Wheel Bearings all around
New CV's
Brake refresh all around. Added SS Brake Lines, Slotted Rotors, Pads (Hawk) _________________ '81/'81/'82 |

Looks awesome! I am loving the 7-slots, I have two sets of them! One chrome and one un-refinished. _________________ 924, 82, 5 speed, dark red, 500 dollar special.

Thanks! I've always liked these wheels. They are a 928 set in great condition that I picked up cheap and polished. I also have polished center caps for them that I haven't installed yet.

From the little driving I've done, the ride is significantly more stiff than stock but not uncomfortable. _________________ '81/'81/'82 |

Yesterday I cleaned the fuel level sender and cleaned the contacts on my door switches. I now have a properly working gauge and interior lights again!
