With Flosho's help, and some dumb luck, have been able to drive the CGT clone car down the road with some attitude~! If one wants to put up an EFI sticky on what not to do on a MS conversion, I have a few pointers~!

To sum up those pointers, take care of idle, just like the megamanual says, then ignition, and then fuel; not necessarily in that order. The latter, requires knowing your injectors, which I did not, then setting fuel pressure, and req_fuel. In my case, I ran it too long without that info, and the O2 sensor became useless with crud, as well as the spark plugs.

Now that the sparkys are clean, the LC-1 was re calibrated; it actually works and contributes to AFR, the fuel pressure is 59psi (have 2003 SRT4 44.5 Lb/hr injectors), the Req_fuel is set, the car works. Nice. I also was off a tooth or two on the timing belt, the crank pulley mark is almost indistinguishable. I still have working valves! All that done, I now like the car. Again~!

The car handles incredibly well, the delrin bushings squeak like a banshee, without an interior, lots of cool engine noises with the open air filter. Have to figure out how to get the brake lights to work with Painless system, before I can drive it more.

First time is always the hardest. Glad you have managed to make things work. Also happy that flosho is paying it forward.

THanks, Jason has been a great sounding board, I owe him a few pizzas and beer this next summer! Will try to get him and Paul over at the same time!

The car was dead in the water yesterday, no start-which it did quite well, no spark, ugh. Was ready to give up. But, the no-spark intriqued me, as to, why it just happened. So, that produced inspections of the bad timing, injector info, etc.

I'm happy that Dave has been able to get things figured out so quickly. The best part is still to come with more road tuning and datalogging. It's addictive.

Been waiting out rain/snow down here and really cool temps before I fire up the CGT clone again. However, figured out brake lights, using a GM switch, and turn signals (two position toggle switch on dash), now on to wiper control, and electrical is done!
