I'm in the upper midwest and have to deal with Whitetail deer that can weigh about the same as a small horse. It makes for unpleasant unplanned meetings and lots of damage.
That is impressive damage. How big do garden variety Kangaroos get? _________________ 80 924 n/a

yeah we get a fair few of them here in Tas, evil buggers they are.
I don't think that the pic does them justice, they are generally larger than that although the teeth not so prominent.
This is one of the rarer cases where they have biten. Usually they just do a drop onto your head (which is bad enough). |

All well and good but this drop bear is no manbear pig.
BTW, I understand Emu Bitter is a dropbear repellent.

Na, VB is the best repellent. Vomit Beer.
Repels drop bears, roos, mozzies, blow flies, sophisticated females, common sense, you name it. Only disadvantage is it attracts police officers. True, a cop mate tells us at every piss up that 8 out of 10 drunk drivers have consumed VB. _________________ World`s quickest 924 2L slushbox

Anyone need an engine or an auto gearbox? The engine had a slight oil in water problem but ran very well, looks to have been rebuilt and comes with new timing belt and head gasket kit, has been sitting around. I also have front fenders that need a little bit of tlc and bumper bar from a silver one. I still have the doors, brake master cylinder and booster, aircon system, AC heat exchangers with fan, heater box etc. steering rack, column, tie rods, lots of induction parts, torque tube. shift linkages, front seats in brown, headlight bits + lots of smaller bits.
BTW the tree I hit did the damage, the wallaby went under and threw the front sideways, but it made for some great entertainment! Love the pics. I always warn the tourists to look up and down at the same time because of the snakes, spiders, and behind and infront for giant quolls, thylacines, yowies... _________________ There is more to heaven and earth than is dreamed of in your philosophy... |
