Hi guys. Just wanted to ask if anyone would be interested in an 88 S that came into our yard yesterday. I don't know anything about it, and it's rough for sure, but does run and drive. It has some damage on the right front, will need a fender and strut probably, but it would be a great candidate for an auto x or track car. I'm not sure about the title, so it may have to be a track only car. If anyone is interested, please send me a note and I can text or e-mail pictures and info. I hate to see it go to the yard for parts. I'm in Vegas.

Is it definitely an '88 and not a '87?

The vin brings it up as an 88, and the front valance is roughed up, prob no better than the one you have now, mehall.

What year, color & price? zip: 64085

Pics?

I ask year 'cause some have offered early valances with a different "look" and sometimes from the early turbos, whcih I don't want. I have no valance on the car now, but I have a badly beaten one that someone heavily & roughly covered with lots of bond and primered black.

Parts were removed from an 87 924S. The valance is matte black and straight. Not wrapper fresh mint mind you, but straight. The fenders have pretty decent paint on them it is gloss black. pictures may be a week or so in coming because this stuff is at my other house. I have mountains of 924, 944 parts, and cars strewn between two houses an hour apart. Makes it a nightmare to keep stuff straight.

My car is alpine white, and don't know when I'll get to the body work, it needs some.

How much for the valance incl. shipping - or where are you?

You don't also have a good FPR do you?

Also, I'm looking for a fully working wiper control. I busted it first thing I "fixed."

How about cc parts: the "brain" under the dash + the turn signal stalk for cc?

My interior is black, so such is what I prefer.

As you know, the list grows as you thing about it!

I have several FPRs sitting around, but a used FPR that is 20 plus years old is questionable. I would not want to sell you one as "Good". I have a wiper control cluster but it is brown and has cruise. The only interior I have alot left of is brown. Bcblase got my last black turn signal assy, and I pretty much threw away a good tan interior by leaving it in NC when I moved. My only spare brain box I have at the moment is from an 83 automatic 944. It wont work for a 924s because the altitude compensation pin became a ground in 85.

I have the wiper/turn signal stalk and the DME from a '87 924S (from Joe Citizen's old NC car).

I was keeping them as spares, but so far, no need.

Make me an offer.

Sorry, that's a misunderstanding. My DME is fine.

My car did not have cc (cruise contril) and want the install it. I have everything for the engine compartment, but I still need the cc controller that install under the dash on the right side.

I also need the cc eneabled turn signal and also a replacement wiper controls. I have a working wiper, but the intermittent is broken in the switch. (I know that because I broke it)
