|
I just got home from the awards banquet and dance for our race track and I was surprised to get an award for rookie of the year. I would have won second in the stock class but lost all my points when I changed over to the Modified class. I hope to take home the points champ throphy next year for the 4 cyl mod class.
I'll need help from the pro 924 guys on the engine build to get the win! _________________ 1976 924

| A few years ago I was rookie of the year and points champion. But that was for curling, not quite the same level of excitement. lol |

Awesome!! Great job, way to represent!
We finished up our regular season here last weekend... once again I failed to win the championship, no surprise, but had one helluva battle with the Bimmer and an RX7 (full report is waiting for the pics), and all three of us ended up in the Top Ten Drivers ranking (across all 150+ drivers, all classes)... Doug in the Bimmer took 1st, I took 5th, and Bob in the RX7 took 7th... _________________ Vaughan Scott
