Anyone play racing games for the PC? It would be a great way for us to hook up online for some wheel to wheel action.
I HIGHLY recommend GT Legends. The price has plummeted ($20 on Amazon.com), and it is an excellent game with a very good multiplayer component for online racing (you can read my review of the game and watch a gameplay video RIGHT HERE on DriverHeaven.net.)
Let's race, baybee!

I, for one, would love a little online gaming interaction. Havn't really found a game that I like although I will check out the one you reference. FlatOut2 has been recently released and I always liked that one.
I'll look for a GT Legends Demo to give it a shot.
edit: I'll download it when I get home this evening:

I put $20 of gas, in my tank, I'm going to have more fun than GT Legends
But if where talking computer games, I like Need for Speed, got excellent real life physics, and when you play mulitplayer the lead always changes, becasue of traffic and cops. |

you cant beat IRL wheel to wheel action but GT Legends has NFS hands down. NFS is still arcade-ish, GTL is full on simulator with old school racecars of yore

I agree that NFS is too arcady,
personally I prefer the simulators like Grand Turismo series, I just wish they had it for the PC instead of just the PS2 but I do have that regardless, along with the 900 deg wheel _________________ 3 928s, |

I also agree that NFS games have gotten to arcade like. The Porsche unleashed physics were pretty good, but still not 100% real.
Personally, my favorite racing game so far is Forza Motorsport. Seems pretty accurate.
Anyone know of a good racing game for the PC, which has good graphics, and a broad selection of cars? Forza isnt made for PC, bummer.

Forza yes I have to agree is a good game, though still not as real as the GT series, though that racing line is not a good idea, you use it once and tend to get addicted to it instead of using the surrounding graphics to judge your speed and line. _________________ 3 928s, |

I prefer the games that have the actual real circuits. What tracks does GT Legends have? Which game has the most real circuits? _________________ F. Celenza DDS

Either way. If people get interested, I might be willing to employ my work server.

Nope, but there is a 914/6, a 911RSR, and a 906.

Present day versions of Spa, Nurburg, Dijon, Monza, Hockenheim, Donington, & Mondello to name a few.
Oh, and RTFR(eview)!

Anyone like the rally games? I really like Rallisport, and I especially like the Colin Mcrae series.
