Here are some pics of my new Gemballa clips mocked to the car;
(man I need a better camera!)
The rear clip is not sitting where it should because of the factory mudguards and rubber bumpers still in place but the front is in the right spot.
Well,whatcha think ? _________________ 1979 Euro 931, Olive

I've seen a mounted and painted pic of the rear and it looks pretty good.Not nearly as ugly as the euro factory one but still covers most of the spare tire well that makes the car look preggers. _________________ 1979 Euro 931, Olive

Look'n real good, I like it. Anyone ever try make'n the cutouts in the bumper for the driving lights ala Euro style? Just a thought. _________________ 1981 931 (Concours)

Mate, I gotta be honest, I'm not usually a fan of body kits. Not that those look bad, just not my thing.
Still, with a lick'o paint I reckon you're gonna have one of the hottest toofahs around... you lucky sod!
So, the REALLY BIG QUESTION... what colour are you gonna paint it?! _________________ '80 924 Turbo |

Paul I don't need a front mount i/c, air/water is already in buddy and yep,barring death or dismemberment i'll be there.
Yeah Khal I usally don't like them either but this was WAY too good a deal to pass up,$300 Cdn. including shipping ! And with my friend bonding it on professionaly then painting the whole thing it'll look good.
Colour: Same as your's,metallic slate gray. _________________ 1979 Euro 931, Olive

Looks good, but will it keep it cool? There doesn't seem to much vented area for the radiator. _________________ Andrew

Once I remove the factory front valance there will be plenty of air flow,hopefully,the slots in the new dam are actually quite large.That's the crappy thing with aerodynamics tho,you never know for sure until you try.It rarely gets above 27-28 deg C here though and i've got the secondary a/c fan on a switch for manual operation if need be and with no resistor on the circuit that thing COOLS quickly.Right now the temp gauge never goes above half even w/o the second fan. I plan on getting two aluminum rads this summer as well. One to add more cooling for the I/C heat exchanger and the other for the engine itself.
To be honest, at first I was only planning on using the rear piece because I HATE the rear view of a 924 with all of it's "guts" just hanging down from under the car.It looks very unfinished imho.It's was a bonus that the front clip looks as good as it does while still mating up with the narrow 924 front fenders.Even with the kit the car still looks like a 924,yea.
I can't wait for summer and the Parade!

The back of the 924 looks great without a spoiler...its just sexy the way it is.....check out my 924....it has no rear spoiler and i think it looks great without one.
So my opinion is to get rid of that rear spoiler...its rice...if you realy want something there....get one of those 944 planks for the back _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
