924 cold start valve

hello everyboby,
Does anyone know how to test the cold start valve on a 924,is it a cintnuity test, what voltage/impedances should be seen if ok/faulty,

The only test it lists in my Haynes or FI manual is a physical check of the spray pattern. Resistance reading aren't provided. I would check each post to ground to confirm there is no short within the valve.

the only test are phyisical is it leaking and the spray pattern but if it is not working check the voltage supply from the thermo time switch while the engine is cold pull the connector and attachc a voltmeeter turn on the ignition you should have a voltage reading and it should drop to zero within 10 seconds
