It is very possible this is a 16" wheel, btw, and the ebay lister is incorrect.
Not really, 7Jx15 is stamped on the wheel, clearly visible on the second picture. |

If you have completely drained your battery a few times and charged it back, it's semi-dead already and the clock alone will kill it in a few days.
Start with a new battery and cleaning the ground ... |

Is it dead before you try to start the car, or you crank it and it goes 'click' and dead?
If the latter, clean the battery cables on each end, it may be rusty.
Rust blocks the flow, but not always ... |
