I 3D printed one that I found on the internet. Looks good but I have no idea if its the right size since I don't have a turbo panel to try it in. I'll post a picture when I get home.

Make sure that you can get the plug in the fill hole out before you drain the oil. No point in draining the oil if you can't fill it back up.
