Tighe Cams in Brisbane can do anything you want off new billets they bring in from Germany. $800 complete. Beautiful stuff. I've just had a new uprated turbo cam done.

Did you pressure test the radiator/the cylinders/check head tension?

When you pull the head, it can be checked for cracks, etc by your head guy with chemical and black light, if x-ray is no ...

That should do it! Unless someone has used a sealant to stop leakage.....then brute force is the only resort.
However I've only ever seen that once on one cylinder.
