The connection between the fuel pump and the relay is fine because when I bridge the relay, the fuel pump primes—it just doesn’t prime with the ignition as it’s supposed to.

What does the "1" mean? Do you have the legend?

Can anyone tell me where the wire that connects to 31b on the fuel pump relay goes? I think it goes to the ignition module, I'm just asking to be sure.
