Sounds like you are being methodical and ticking off problem areas.
For the DME relay have you replaced with OEM? I didn't and my new one was crapado right out of the box........

I have tried all those.
So I have come to the conclusion the the sensor in the oil sump is probably the culprit. I have bypassed the oil sensor relay and so far no flickering light and it's been fine ...

Seems fine...for me...I would double check all the pins from the back side of the relay...to make sure that all the pins connect correctly and wires connect solidly..I can not stress enough that ours ...
