Yep, same basic engine as teh 944, only 3L and with variocam.

I don't run the belt covers, but do run the undertray.

Jesse,

I dropped a 968 engine in my 924S. The only issue was the brake booster which I had to move up about 2 cm to clear the intake manifold. Not sure if this will be a problem with an S motor. ...

Single adjustable rebound only. However, they are being set up to be fully upgradable to remote gas double adjustable.
