OK, now I"m looking for another idea as to the mystery, so far my inspections have turned up nothing but I'm afraid to use the car now even for a short trip around the block!

I fired up the 924 to take it for a spin, pulled out of the garage only to fined a huge puddle of gas with a large stream leading out to the car where I saw what looked like Niagara falls coming down ...

Wow... belt was off one "notch", installed new mounts and determined (and replaced) rear cv joints.
WHAT A RIDE!! Love this car.
