LOL! Well there's your problem right there!
There should be a ground strap from one of the intake studs to the body at the firewall, and obviously from the battery to the body. Presumably the one y ... |

Doesn't sound like enough rear camber; from the book, seems like you want to be more like 1.5 degrees. Similarly, too much front camber, book says 0.25-0.5 degrees. Add that to nose up, instead of nos ... |

Amusingly enough - if we kept using the distributor, not going crank-fire with an EFI system, it would be ITB legal too. But that would negate much of the advantage IMO, and more to the point ITB is a ... |

Honestly I think one of the most time-consuming things when I converted my Turbo was making the wiring. Lots of time invested there, particularly to do it both right and well, IMO actually more comple ... |

Damn, forgot about yours! Those would definitely be more plug-n-play. Was just looking at mine again yesterday, trying to remember exactly how I modded them, beyond just trimming off the flanges.

I used VW part # 058 133 555 for my conversions; first on a 931, next up soon on a 924 NA.
It's a plastic piece, requires a little work to fit the long-nose injectors (I used Bosch 0 280 158 123 f ... |

Correct, you'd need the shifter rod with the different length than the 4-speed.
A 944 or 931 5-speed (non-dogleg, obviously) would be decidedly more work (due to the larger input shaft) than gettin ... |

Hmmm, we've been plagued by slight misfire above 5000rpm on the NA racecar, basically since day 1. It tends to be tied to some accretion/build-up on the contacts in the distributor cap, presumably fro ... |
