I recently bought a 1980 924 turbo. The head had been recently replaced, but many parts weren't put on. I'm currently trying to put all the parts back on, and am having trouble figureing out where a few things go. I have three lines coming of the fuel distributor that I don't know where they go(they are not the fuel injector lines). Any info would be helpful. Also, would be nice if I could find a picture of an engine bay for a stock vehicle that would make this a lot easier. Thanks for any help.

Squint,

1.) Control pressure regulator feed 2.) Control pressure regulator return 3.) Cold start injector. Mine's a euro-spec, but I think all US cars had a 4.) Frequency valve line that fed from the fuel distributor head also.

Control pressure regulator, AKA warm up regulator is on the back side of the intake manifold, sqeezed in between the manifold and the coil & heater valve. Cold start injector is on the back side of the intake manifold, just down-wind of the throttle body. Looks like an electonic fuel injector, with a blue square-ish electical connector.

Smoothie has some good photos that are easy to reach. Check his signature block for a link to them.

What do you mean "check his signature block for a link to them?" Also, I need to know which one goes where?

i just went out to take a look-

the line with the frequency valve in it (the injector looking thing) goes to the bottom of the fuel pressure regulator

the line that comes off the top of the fuel dizzy goes to the top of the FPR

the line last line goes to the cold start valve.

i think this is what you're after. i'll send some pics to you too.
