If it appears on the board and pertains to your car, copy it. So no one has to repost topics or say "go search it". Anything that has to do with 1977 924's I copy and paste into my wordpad. If I can relate a 924S or a 944 topic into my car, I copy it too. Besides when new questions are asked all you have to do to answer is copy and paste from your wordpad. I am going through the whole site and using copy/paste to gain and keep very valuable info. Even if I don't need it now. Me or you will need it soon enough and we will have had the foresight to retain that info so it's a click away.
You own a Porsche people, don't get lazy! Copy/paste untill you have all info regarding your car. It takes up almost no space on your cpu. It's only text. |

I think that's a really good idea. You can never have too much infomation and there's always going to be times when you don't have Internet access. _________________ 1979 924 (Gone to a better place)

Good point, on both accounts. Ummm how about I keep saving info about anything '77 924 related and then swoop in to save the day when people forget info they could have saved but did not.
I may not have a photograpic memory, but I do have a copy and paste technique that's just as quick! |
