I occasionally receive bounced email from people registering with an invalid or unreachable email address.
If you register you should receive and automatic email within a few minutes telling you how to complete the registration process. If you do not receive an email then either you got your email address wrong or your ISP has a very slow mail system.
I will list those email addresses that could not be reached.
If you appear here then send me an email at Peter@planb.net.au and I will forward the registration email to you.
