Hi
As a newbie - what's acceptable for a 924 engine to burn oil ?
My engine is fine on start up - no smoke and during warm up - but can get blue/grey on hard revving when warm.
To put you in the picture, the engine has been stood for over a year and has only twice reached full operating temp in the past few monthsl. I also know that no 3 cylinder is barely operating as the cam lobes are virtually flat.
Could any of these contribute to oil burning?
Thanks for any help
Ian
